Spring Home Maintenance Tips for Central Florida Homeowners

For homeowners in Central Florida, that means it is time to start tackling some spring maintenance tasks. With warmer weather on the way, there are a few things you can do to prepare your home for the summer months. And if you’re thinking of selling your house, this is a great list to tackle before going to the market!  Here are some tips to get you started:

1. Check the AC Unit

With summer temperatures on the horizon, now is the time to check your air conditioning unit. Clean or replace the filter and consider hiring a professional to inspect and tune up the system, as well as clean out the air ducts. 2. Clean Gutters and Downspouts
